MAKE UP LESSONS FOR RAIN or POOL MAINTENANCE ISSUES.
Make-up lessons will be held on Thursday at the same time. If two lessons are missed: Thursday and Friday at the same time as lesson. If three lessons are missed: Thursday and Friday at the same time as lesson, and Sunday at the same time as lesson.* Keep in mind each lesson you paid for for is for 30 minutes. Often we run over and give 45 minute lessons, so you are always taken care of. This make-up schedule is for Session group lessons. Private lessons can be rescheduled when it works for both of us.
Parents the procedure if you are wondering about the cancellation of a lesson is to call Jeanne. 737-313-7296 one hour before your child's lesson.
Confirm - If not dangerous weather - we often have the lesson.

TO SIGN UP FOR SESSION (S) YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT OUT THE
Please make checks for the full amount payable to Jeanne Murray. Write your child’s name and include this waiver in an envelope and mail to: 6225 Harrogate Drive – Austin, TX 78759. I will call you to confirm when I have received your letter.
You may always pay cash BUT ONLY if handed directly to Jeanne. Do not put a cash payment under our doormat.
Adult classes starting in April - Heated Pool
Instructors training includes WSI and Red Cross Certifications
Children's Seasonal lessons starting in May (Heated Pool)
Private Morning and Evening classes are also available
You may only watch your children from the patio
NO interfering with the class is allowed
Parents are responsible for the actions of all their children. Unattended Children not participating in the swim lesson are NOT allowed due to Pandemic.
Students are grouped by age or ability

Stroke clinics for older children (back, breast, free, & butterfly) Lap Swimming
*If only one student shows up for a semi-private Group Lesson They will receive a 25 Minute Private lesson.

MAKE UP LESSONS ARE ONLY HELD FOR INSTRUCTOR ILLNESS OR POOL MAINTENANCE. THERE ARE NO MAKE-UP LESSONS FOR STUDENT VACATIONS OR STUDENT ILLNESS. We have saved a spot for your child.

You must fill out the registration form, and mail or drop that off to Jeanne with your payment check - or payment to hold a place for your child. Pay in advance for any session you want held for your children.
Jeanne will contact you when she receives your information to confirm your child's registration. All slots are handled on a first received - first held basis - ONLY: when parent has fully registered by (1) filling out the registration form completely & paying in advance to secure your child's sessions.

5. Please call about parking procedures. You MUST park on the side streets and walk down a few houses OR - park in our driveway or in front of our home. (****Please do not park on Harrogate Drive!) We are considerate of out neighbors. Thank you.
TO REGISTER : Go to form's page to download registration form. Only when a completed registration form with your attached check for the full amount payable to Jeanne Murray is received will your registration be confirmed by phone. Sessions fill quickly , please register in advance.
Private Lessons (1 Adult or Child) $60.00 per hour for each lesson. Lessons are available upon request. Be sure to register early to ensure you will receive the dates and times you desire.

Make up Policy for Adult & Children's Lessons
are as followsMake – ups will be given ONLY for cancellation due to bad weather, pool malfunction, or instructor illness.
THERE ARE NO MAKE-UP LESSONS FOR FAMILY VACATIONS OR STUDENT ILLNESS.
I can not accommodate any schedule changes after dates have been agreed upon. Only for allowed weather or exceptions like pool maintenance, or instructor illness. No other exceptions.
Make-ups will be held with the swimmer’s own class. Only one make-up class per session due to bad weather, etc is allowed per season.
